Guarantee and Cancellation Policies

• Guarantee Policy All prices mentioned include VAT at the current legal rate. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit for the total amount of the stay will be requested at the time of booking.

• Cancellation Policy You may change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the stay will also be charged. Special offers or group bookings have specific cancellation policies, which should be consulted individually. Reservations made through partners, such as travel agencies, Booking.com, Airbnb, etc., follow the cancellation terms present on the respective agency or partner website.

• Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM (15:00).

• Check-out: Until 11:00 AM.

• Late Check-out: If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our reception team directly. Please note that this is subject to availability and additional fees may apply.

• Stay Extensions To extend your stay, please visit the reception, where our team will assist you. Please be reminded that extensions are subject to availability. If possible, a new full payment for the desired extended period will be required.
