FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

  • What time is breakfast served at Pure Accommodations? What type of breakfast is provided? Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM*. We offer a continental breakfast with a local touch, featuring a wide variety of fresh products to suit all tastes. We can provide suitable options for guests with intolerances or allergies upon prior request. (Note: Breakfast is included for stays at Pure Fonte Velha. For Pure Flor de Esteva and Pure Apartments, the service is available upon request).

  • Are infants and children welcome at Pure Accommodations? Yes. We are a family-friendly space. Upon request and subject to availability, we provide baby cots to ensure the comfort of our youngest guests.

  • Do Pure Accommodations properties offer laundry services? Yes, we offer laundry services for an additional fee. Our units are equipped to make this process easy; simply request a laundry bag and the form at reception. Your clothes will be returned within 24 to 48 hours.

  • What are the check-in and check-out times at Pure Accommodations? Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 10:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. If you require flexible timing, please contact us in advance. We also offer 24/7 self-check-in for your convenience.

  • What are the reception hours at Pure Accommodations? Our guest assistance service is available between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM to ensure you have all the support you need during your stay. WhatsApp support is available 24/7.

  • What is the distance to the nearest airport from Pure Accommodations? The nearest airport to Pure Accommodations properties is Faro Airport (FAO), located approximately 100km away (about a 1h15m drive via the A22 highway).

  • Can I cancel a reservation made at Pure Accommodations through a partner or intermediary? If your reservation was made through an intermediary (such as Booking.com or Expedia), any changes or cancellations must be managed directly through that platform, in accordance with the booked terms and conditions.

  • Does Pure Accommodations offer group rates? Yes, we offer special conditions for groups (bookings of more than 5 rooms or the entire apartment complex). Rates and cancellation policies are quoted on a case-by-case basis by our reservations team.

  • Do you assist with recommendations and/or bookings for restaurants and tours? With pleasure! It is part of the Pure Accommodations DNA to help travelers discover the world at their own pace. We have curated recommendations for surfing, boat trips, hiking trails, and local gastronomy. Please check our "Experiences" tab or speak directly with our reception.

  • Are pets allowed at Pure Accommodations units? At the moment, pets are not allowed in our units.

  • Is there a tourist tax in Vila do Bispo? Currently, the municipality of Vila do Bispo does not apply a municipal tourist tax to its visitors.
